Our classes: All our classes are based on different
styles of Hatha Yoga, where the emphasis is on the bodily aspects of the
practice. Hatha Yoga is a varied field with multiple expressions. We in
arte vida teach modern and traditional forms; our teachers have rich
experience and are able to offer a wide range of classes to meet your
needs and interests.
Our 10-er Block system allows you to try Yoga out in its different expressions!
Yoga Exploration If
you are new to yoga we suggest you attend our weekly Yoga Exploration
Classes. This is a very basic level yoga class introducing the main yoga
postures (asanas), the flow of the breath, basic yoga philosophy and
relaxation. You will discover what yoga is all about. This prepares you
for any of our other yoga classes. Hatha Yoga with Karin Karin fills her class with loving attention on breathing, energy flow, chakras, and meditation. The deliberate balance between stretching and strengthening allows each individual to experience new openings and restored energy. Yoga for her is a way to bring the body, mind and soul into union.
Freestyle Hatha Flow with Markus A fun and challenging class with music designed to build skills into flowing sequences with a focus on combining breath with movement. Students will learn to refine postures and move beyond the limitations of the body and mind.
We will begin with warming up the body and breathing exercises in sync with soft, but energetic yoga postures.
Students will also practice concentration and cultivate patience by holding postures for longer periods.

Iyengar-Yoga Iyengar Yoga is one of the most popular yoga traditions. It is known for its emphasis on alignment and accuracy, through which strength, stamina, balance and flexibility are promoted: a new sense of wellbeing. The student learns how to be in the present moment through the experience of meditation in movement.
Asthanga Yoga with Werner Ashtanga Yoga is an old Indian Yoga-Tradition that has generated great interest worldwide due to its positive effects on the body and mind. This strong system of Hatha Yoga (developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) works with the synchronization of breath and movement. This simpler version of the Primary Series constitutes a fixed set of postures that build up into a sensible sequence. The result is a stronger, healthier body and a calmer, more focused mind.
Vinyasa Yoga with Kirstin Vinyasa Yoga is all about the flow of movement with breath. This technique is based on connecting postures in a sequence resulting in a faster moving class.
