Our guidelines are provided to help everyone enjoy a clean, organized and respectful place where we all live harmoniously through our actions and interactions towards one another and our environment. Please take a moment to review our guidelines.

Drop-in classes: All of our classes are available on a drop-in basis, pre-booking is not necessary.

Check-in: Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before classes begin. Classes start and end on time. Please respect the yoga environment and other students by maintaining silence upon entering the yoga room.

New students: Please arrive 20 minutes before the class starts to register.

Shoes and cell phones: Please leave your shoes in the lobby area outside the studio. Turn off or silence your cell phone upon entering the building. Cell phone use is not permitted anywhere in the studio, including the bathrooms, hallways and the reception area. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and quiet environment.

Scents and fragrances: Please refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents. Many people are sensitive or allergic to various fragrances and scents.

Food and beverages: Do not bring food or beverages other than water into the yoga room. It is recommended that you avoid eating 2-3 hours before class as it is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach.

Shower & changing area: There is a dressing room with a shower for your convenience.  Please limit your shower time to 2-3 minutes to conserve water and in consideration of others who are waiting. Bring your own towel.

Yoga equipment: The studio is fully equipped with mats and props, however feel free to bring your own.

What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing such as shorts and a T-shirt.
